As Global Payroll u0026amp; Benefits Specialist, you will scale payroll operations across international locations, align with external providers, and ensure compliant, accurate payments and benefits. You’ll bridge HR and Finance to optimize processes and enhance the employee experience in a fast-growing, global team. This is a hands-on role at Fever, a leading tech platform empowering entertainment, with a clear impact on people operations and cost management. You will shape payroll and benefits in a high-growth environment and contribute to Fever’s mission to democratize access to culture.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own and scale payroll operations across international locations, coordinating with external providers to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure accurate and timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security regulations
• Monitor and report salary costs, analyze trends to support decision-making
• Act as the main point of contact for employees on payroll, tax, and social security queries
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues efficiently
• Oversee administration of employee benefits and implement new perks to boost engagement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll u0026 Benefits team
Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years in payroll and benefits; international payroll exposure is a plus
• Advanced English (C1 or higher); additional languages are an asset
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Personio is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and focused on process optimization
