TAM HematologíaMISSION:The Therapeutic Area Manager is responsible for defining and leading the medical strategic and operational activities for one or more therapeutic areas,.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and execute the therapeutic area strategy aligned with overall company objectives- Provide strategic direction and alignment to their Medical Affairs team within the therapeutic area- Act as the subject matter expert for the assigned therapeutic area internally and externally- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Market Access teams- Lead product lifecycle management, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders- Ensure compliance excellence and ethical standards- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly- Team management (Medical Advisory/s – MSL/s)
