In this role, you will build and develop a high-performing full-stack engineering team, driving delivery excellence and technical innovation that directly impacts our Business Banking customers. This is a unique opportunity to own both people leadership and technology strategy in a dynamic, agile environment.{ your_responsibilities: [- Lead and enable a full-stack development team (backend + mobile) to deliver high-quality, predictable software aligned with product and architectural goals.- Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and team health.- Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth planning.- Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to ensure smooth integration.- Maintain and execute a 12-month technical roadmap in close collaboration with product, platform, and business stakeholders.- Act as the primary owner of team execution health, risks, and dependencies.- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning,
