As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager – Acquisition & Investment to lead strategic site acquisitions and secure land for future hyperscale data center developments.This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of real estate, investment, commercial negotiations, and data center development, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver development-ready sites.What you'll be doing- Lead the end-to-end acquisition process for land and existing properties suitable for data center development- Source and evaluate potential sites through brokers, landowners, industrial parks, and strategic networks- Drive commercial negotiations, due diligence, LOIs, contracts, and transaction execution- Partner closely with legal, finance, technical and development teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle- Build strong relationships with landowners, brokers,
