Experteer Overview
In this role you drive local commercialization and market development for respiratory immunology indications in Spain, partnering with alliance teams and cross-functional groups to execute strategies. You will train the sales force, develop tactical materials, and monitor KPIs to optimize execution. You’ll work with regional and global marketing to shape local insights and support brand planning, contributing to Regeneron’s science-driven growth and patient impact. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on market execution in a fast-growing environment.

• Cooperate with alliance partners to implement local immunology commercialization strategies across respiratory indications
• Partner with the Sales team to provide training and direction that supports execution of strategic priorities
• Support implementation of local tactical plans and develop sales support materials for field execution
• Track KPIs to identify opportunities for early course correction and optimize key tactics




• Collaborate with regional and integral marketing teams to provide local market insights and support brand planning
• Support commercial training efforts for the local Salesforce team

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or alliance management in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
• Established track record of success in pharmaceutical marketing
• Outstanding knowledge of specialty care commercialization in Spain
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
• Experience in immunology and/or respiratory therapeutic areas preferred
• Product launch experience preferred
