Experteer Overview
As a Business Consultant at ADP France, you help translate client needs into the France portfolio of products and services. You will support the France Sales team through the sales process and guide clients from proof of concept to implementation. You act as a trusted advisor, leveraging business insights and market trends to differentiate ADP with a data-driven TCO approach. This role sits at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, shaping sales strategy and client outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Own and communicate functional and technical content for diverse stakeholders
• Support HR transformation discussions and perform business case analysis
• Deliver expertise on Payroll u0026 HR Services, including governance, SLAs, and implementation
• Demonstrate offerings through demos and participate in marketing events




• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and responses to RFPs/ RFIs
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Customer Services teams
• Stay updated on product developments and contribute to demo-platform enhancements

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll
• Strong understanding of HRIS architectures and HR/payroll processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French; English is mandatory
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Client-oriented, results-driven, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player with good listening skills and capability to advise clients
• Capacity to learn quickly and deliver critical information to stakeholders
