CyberArk environments

(Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
Handle

incidents, service requests

, proactive issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Experience in

Windows and Linux

environments.
Strong

troubleshooting, analytical, and log analysis

skills.




ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
German at C1 level is mandatory

; English skills are an advantage.
