Job Overview
We are currently seeking talented professionals for the Danish Speaking Customer Experts for Miele position in Greece, representing a hallmark of quality in the consumer electronics industry. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical and operational support to Miele customers regarding premium home appliances.
Represent the Miele brand through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication in Danish.
Assist users with product troubleshooting, warranty inquiries, and maintenance guidance for high-end consumer electronics.




Maintain detailed customer records within the CRM to ensure a seamless service journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical cases effectively.
Contribute to a culture of premium service standards within the consumer electronics support sector.
Stay updated on the latest Miele product releases and technological advancements to provide accurate information.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Professional proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the consumer electronics industry.
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset suitable for the Danish Speaking Customer Experts for Miele position in Greece.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered a strong advantage.
