Your role

We are looking for an experienced HR Support Specialist and Project Manager who specializes in at least one SuccessFactors Module and Employee Central. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of the modules and the support and assistance after the rollouts.

The main activies of the HR Project Manager and Support Specialist for Success Factors (m/f/d) are:

Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors rollout.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout.




Provide training and support to key users and end users.
Handling inquiries related to SuccessFactors Modules and Employee Central.
