The group operates in around 65 countries and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.Задачи:- Supervise the month-end closing process for the Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Polish legal entities- Ensure accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports- Lead a team of 4-6 accountants from local and international markets- Ensure financial audits are submitted on time and collaborate with external auditors- Review and approve monthly reconciliations for BS and P&L- Ensure compliance with local tax legislation and requirements- Ensure accounting and financial Policies and Procedures comply with prevailing legislation- Map process improvements and collaborate with the Accounting PMO on planning, execution, and implementation- Participate in local ERP implementations and other finance projects- Prepare ad hoc analyses explaining P&L deviations from the Business Plan- Adapt to changes in company policy, tax regulations, and legislationТребования:- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting,
