Experteer Overview In this role you will support a range of capital and expense projects within a safety‑driven, collaborative environment. You will work with cross‑functional teams to scope, estimate, schedule, and present project decisions, while learning process safety and engineering standards. The position emphasizes growth through hands‑on project management and adherence to safety, environmental, and permitting requirements. - Apply project management across all phases: development, justification, design, construction, start-up
- Support project documentation, data gathering, and coordination tasks under supervision
- Assist with cost estimates, schedules, and DSP preparation
- Participate in MOC, PSI, and mechanical integrity reviews and learn requirements




- Coordinate with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects cost‑effectively
- Develop scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepare DSPs and present to leadership
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution
- Observe HAZOP reviews and incident investigations
- Learn engineering codes and specifications; ensure designs meet safety, environmental, and permitting standards
- Promote safety awareness and take corrective action when unsafe practices or conditions are observedResponsabilidades
