Experteer Overview
As General Licensing Business Development Associate, you will drive international expansion of Fever’s live-event IPs by identifying markets, forming partnerships, and structuring licensing agreements. You’ll act as the face of Licensing in target regions and feed market intelligence back to shape growth strategy. The role blends dealmaking, commercial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver catalytic, revenue-driving partnerships. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced, global team. You’ll help Fever democratize access to culture by scaling IPs across regions.

• Develop and execute regional business development strategies to identify markets, partners, and opportunities
• Source and nurture relationships with promoters, producers, agencies, and venue operators
• Lead outbound conversations and manage the full deal pipeline from outreach to close
• Create tailored commercial proposals and licensing structures for various IPs and territories
• Assess viability through revenue and profitability analysis with Finance and other stakeholders
• Negotiate terms balancing growth, profitability, and partner value
• Manage a portfolio of partners and seek opportunities to expand collaborations
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing,
and Production to ensure smooth deals and launches
• Monitor market trends and formats to refine licensing strategy and identify whitespace
• Maintain pipeline reporting and present progress and forecasts to leadership
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in business development, partnerships, consulting, investment banking, or similar commercial roles
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and lead complex conversations from first contact to close
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with ability to structure partnerships
• Analytical and financially minded with experience building business cases and evaluating Pu0026Ls
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, international environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with multi-deal and multi-region management
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Genuine interest in live entertainment and building global IPs
