- 7+ years in technical engineering, ideally in IVD, medical devices, or complex automation systems
- Strong hands-on experience with DES, System Dynamics, Agent-Based Modeling, or digital twin/emulation software development
- Advanced knowledge of mathematical modeling and optimization techniques
- 5+ years of leadership experience with evidence of building and coaching high-performing teams
- Proven stakeholder and vendor management abilities across cross-functional and external partners
