In this role you will redesign and implement payment structures for Glovo’s riders, informed by deep data analysis and modeling. You will work within Global Logistics to improve engagement and key operational metrics while ensuring scalable, fair compensation. You will own the experimentation process, validate ideas with A/B tests, and monitor the impact of changes on the logistics network. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to address local rider needs and drive data-driven decisions. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape how pay structures influence efficiency and rider experience at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
• 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Python for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent English
• Ability to work in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
• Clear communication of complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
