Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage end-to-end accounting and tax reporting for a multinational, ensuring IFRS and Spanish GAAP compliance and timely financial statements. You will support month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and audit coordination, working closely with finance and tax advisors. The position emphasizes internal controls, process improvements, and accurate cash forecasting within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will contribute to reliable financial reporting and tax compliance, facilitating smooth audit and statutory submissions. This is a hands-on role in a multinational setting with a strong corporate culture and growth opportunities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Prepare monthly accounts under IFRS up to trial balance with reconciliations and month-end journals
• Ensure accurate Pu0026L and balance sheet reporting; perform monthly reconciliations including intercompany
• Coordinate annual Financial Statements under Spanish GAAP and support external audits
• Ensure VAT, CIT, SII and other tax reporting and payments; liaise with tax advisors




• Handle packaging-related reporting and audits; maintain tax compliances and statutory filings
• Support Accounts Payable SSC; oversee AP process improvements and supplier communications
• Bank management: review statements, approve and book payments; prepare daily bank payments
• Cash flow: prepare Daily Treasury Report and forecast 3 months ahead; leverage vendor terms for forecasting
• Identify and implement process improvements; assist ERP enhancements and digital transformation initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of accounting and tax experience in IFRS and Spanish GAAP for multinational companies
• Fluency in English
• Advanced MS Excel
• SAP ERP, SAP BW and HFM experience (preferred)
• Strong ethics, teamwork, problem solving, and willingness to learn
• Ability to build strong working relationships and attention to detail
