Experteer Overview
As a Process Engineer in Airbus Operations Illescas, you will maintain and optimize production processes within the Work Preparation team. You will collaborate across functions to improve manufacturing flows, implement new tools, and drive continuous product and process improvements. You will work on ramp-up balancing, PPS and SOI preparation, and adoption of new manufacturing technologies. This role offers the chance to influence production efficiency and join a multicultural, innovation-driven environment at Airbus.

Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree
• At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Advanced level of English
• Line balancing calculations
• Composite materials experience
• Advanced CATIA skills
• Python (nice-to-have)
• Master's degree in a relevant field (nice-to-have)
