An international company operating within the commodities, logistics, and supply chain sector is seeking an Execution Specialist to join its Trade Operations team in Barcelona.
Coordinate the execution of contracts and assigned vessel operations from contract confirmation through to final invoicing and documentation.
Ensure timely distribution and delivery of documentation in line with operational and financial deadlines.
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and performance indicators.
Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Approximately 4 years of experience in import/export operations, trade operations, logistics, or a similar environment.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Additional language skills such as French, German, or Portuguese are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
Understanding of international payment methods including Letters of Credit, CAD, and Documentary Collections is an asset.
