As a Quality Engineer specializing in automation, you will own the automation strategy within a product engineering team for cloud-native (Azure-based) SaaS/PaaS life and health solutions. You will design and evolve automated testing frameworks, driving test quality and coverage across UI, API, and data layers. You’ll work with QAs, software engineers, and DevOps to raise standards for quality and innovation, contributing to scalable, multi-regional solutions. This role offers the chance to influence testing practices across the organization and to shape how automation supports reliability and speed.

• Contribute hands-on in QA initiatives to ensure high-quality deliverables for end-clients
• Identify, report and troubleshoot defects with development teams
• Design, develop, and continuously improve scalable test automation frameworks across multiple product lines (Lu0026H)
• Integrate test automation tools into CI/CD pipelines to optimize testing efficiency
• Write and enforce test automation scripts following internal coding standards
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to integrate automation into CI/CD and ensure infrastructure reliability

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on test automation experience with strong familiarity in CI/CD and continuous testing




• Experience standardizing QA processes across Agile teams and driving quality improvement
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and DB layers
• UI test automation experience with Playwright and Cypress
• QA across front-end and back-end components with comprehensive test coverage
• API testing/automation using REST Assured (Java) and tools like Postman or Bruno
• Solid background in Enterprise Java technologies
• Experience with regression, integration, compatibility, and end-to-end testing
• Ability to identify, report, troubleshoot, and validate defects with development teams
• Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, performance and non-functional testing approaches
• Experience with performance/load testing concepts using K6, JMeter or similar
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms
• Nice-to-have: Front-end automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Cucumber); Bruno for API testing; Sitespeed; Cloud-native testing on Azure/Kubernetes; Monitoring tools like Grafana/Azure Monitor; domain experience in insurance/reinsurance
