Experteer Overview
In this Founding AE role, you will own the full sales cycle for Factorial Campus in Spain, from prospecting to closing, while shaping the sales motion for a new AI education product. You will work cross-functionally to turn customer feedback into product insights and help scale a high-growth initiative. You’ll build relationships with C-suite buyers, demonstrate business impact, and drive multi-market expansion across Europe. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role at an innovative SaaS company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end deal closing and pipeline management
• Prospect, discover, demo, negotiate and close deals
• Build and test the sales motion (ICP, messaging, qualification, process)
• Create pipeline via inbound, outbound, partnerships and other channels
• Sell value by illustrating AI education business impact
• Shape the offer with customer feedback for Campus, Marketing and Product teams
• Leverage AI to assist research, prep, follow-ups and reporting




• Support multi-market expansion starting with Spain and scaling to Europe

Responsabilidades
• Strong B2B seller with SaaS or technology experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Full-cycle sales attitude: generate pipeline and close deals
• AI-first approach and willingness to delegate work to AI
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex topics
• Native Spanish and professional English
• Selling education/training or upskilling experience is a plus
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (bonus)
• Experience in SaaS or digital transformation environments (bonus)
• Knowledge of qualification methodologies to nurture curiosity, urgency and intent (bonus)
