- 8+ years of practical UI/design experience in games (mobile preferred)
- 3+ years of leadership, mentoring, and setting design bar
- Fluency with AI-assisted creative tools and evaluating their impact on UI
- Track record shipping UI systems for multiple mobile titles in casual/whimsical styles
- Expert-level UI/UX and graphic design skills (typography, iconography, interaction design) with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
