Experteer Overview
In this hands-on Finance Specialist role, you will support the finance function of a fast-growing Spanish entity, focusing on financial control, reporting, and process management while driving automation initiatives. You will coordinate with an external accounting provider, oversee monthly reporting, and help scale finance processes as the company grows. The position offers variety across finance areas and gradual ownership of selected accounting activities as local systems roll out. You’ll work in a dynamic, evolving environment with cross-functional collaboration and a transformation mindset.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Coordinate monthly closing with the external accounting provider and ensure accuracy of financial information
• Prepare, analyze, and coordinate monthly financial and management reporting packages
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audits
• Document and improve finance processes and controls aligned with regulatory and Group standards
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, standardization,



and efficiency improvements
• Participate in finance system implementations, automation projects, and new ways of working
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports and analyses
• Coordinate intercompany invoicing and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• 5-6 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of Spanish accounting, tax, and reporting requirements and IFRS
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and ensure integrity
• Experience designing and implementing finance processes and controls
• Experience with outsourced accounting providers is an advantage
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving organization with changing priorities
