Job Title: Accounts Executive(German Speaker)Location: Madrid, SpainRequirements:- Native or bilingual proficiency in German.- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.- 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.G., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).- Mandatory residence in Spain.- Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation.- Availability aligned with US time zoneKey Responsibilities- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.- Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.- Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.- Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system.- Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions,
