Experteer Overview As Growth Strategy Manager, you will architect Fever's expansion in India, owning the growth roadmap and partner portfolio. You’ll bridge data, marketing, and business development to drive local revenue and product prioritization. You’ll translate complex data into actionable business cases and own key metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI. You will collaborate with regional GMs to align marketing and tech needs within Fever’s capabilities. - 4–5 years in an analytical business role with strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
- Strong data-driven decision-making and storytelling for senior stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across cultures
- Proactive problem-solver capable of handling ambiguity and high-stakes decisions
- English fluency; Hindi proficiency is anadvantage
