You’ll join the Content Management & Operations team, responsible for the end-to-end operation of the company’s global website: from content creation and rollout to ongoing optimisation and maintenance. The team works with a modern headless CMS and AI-supported workflows to deliver high-quality, scalable digital content at speed.

Main responsibilities
Build, maintain and update content marketing and topic pages using a headless CMS, following established standards and best practices
Manage content requests through a ticketing system, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely delivery
Perform editorial, structural and quality checks before publication
Identify and resolve content-related issues on live websites
Implement compliance and regulatory updates consistently across relevant pages and markets
Apply proven structures and content standards to improve consistency, efficiency and scalability
Support AI-assisted SEO and content quality checks and contribute to the continuous improvement of CMS workflows
Collaborate with business units, developers, UX designers,



product managers and the Lead Content Manager on more complex requirements
Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing to help the team adopt new CMS features and processes

Core skills/experience
University degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with Storyblok is strongly preferred
Good understanding of headless CMS architecture, content modelling and modular content structures
Working knowledge of SEO, web accessibility (A11Y) and brand compliance
Experience working cross-functionally with developers, UX/UI designers and product teams in an agile environment
Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
A pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on quality, consistency and continuous improvement
