Join Grifols as a Cost Controlling Senior Analyst to drive cost efficiency across manufacturing. You will partner with Production, Quality, and Ru0026amp;D to provide financial guidance, monitor KPIs, and ensure reliable reporting and SOX controls. Your work supports budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization in a global health context. This role offers impact across multiple production areas and a path to shape costing strategies at a world-leading pharmaceutical company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze production process performance and monitor KPIs
• Develop and update annual standard costs for manufactured products
• Prepare financial analyses and management reports to improve plant efficiency
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting with financial analysis
• Support monthly closing activities in collaboration with FSSC
• Review financial analyses of third-party contracts across departments
• Act as financial business partner for Production, Quality, and Ru0026D
• Calculate and analyze manufacturing product costs




• Prepare statistical reports required by official institutions (e.g., INE)
• Support internal and external audits
• Design and maintain controls to ensure SOX compliance
• Maintain SAP material master data related to costing

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum English level of B2.2
• Minimum 3 years in industrial environments, preferably pharmaceutical, with cost analysis and control experience
• Strong understanding of industrial costing and financial controlling processes
• Experience with SAP (CO) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
