In this role you will anchor data-driven growth for Fever’s Secret Media Network. You’ll own data pipelines, dashboards, and governance while shaping decisions with analysis and AI-powered automation. You collaborate across functions to identify growth opportunities and transform insights into actions. This position blends data engineering with business analytics to scale impact in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

• Own and maintain data pipelines and dashboards powering the team's reporting
• Standardize core metric definitions to ensure consistent measurement
• Design and run experiments to identify drivers of performance and translate results into recommendations
• Proactively surface growth opportunities beyond answered questions
• Design data definitions and architectures to prevent issues and enable reliable self-serve data
• Set and enforce data quality, documentation, and access standards




• Leverage AI tools to automate recurring reports and streamline analytics workflows
• Partner with automation and tooling teams to accelerate data processes
• Serve as the go-to data partner for cross-functional teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
• 3-5 years in Data Analyst / Analytics / BI role
• SQL skills and experience with dbt or equivalent, cloud data warehouses
• Experience building dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to automate/accelerate analytics
• Curious, business-minded approach focusing on actionable insights
• Experience designing/analyzing A/B tests is a strong plus
• Comfort with ambiguity and turning messy questions into clear analysis
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus
