Experteer Overview As Concept u0026amp; Technology Lead, you drive the technological direction for Nordex wind turbine generators and related systems. You’ll lead interdisciplinary projects to explore new technologies that reduce the cost of energy, focusing on aerodynamics, blade design, aeroelasticity, and rotor optimization. You work closely with engineering teams and management to shape product strategy and ensure rigorous technical delivery. - Drive technological advancements in wind turbine generator technology and related systems
- Initiate and lead innovation to reduce cost of energy with a focus on aerodynamics, blade design concepts, aeroelasticity and rotor optimisation
- Lead engineering analyses, studies, and concept-level calculations
- Manage small to medium interdisciplinary project teams and provide strong technical guidance
- Act as a technical advisor for product strategy,

- Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent
- Several years of industrial Ru0026D experience, ideally in aerodynamics, blade design concepts and aeroelasticity
- Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in blade technology for wind turbines
- High flexibility to work with international and diverse teams
- Excellent communication, leadership and integration skills; advanced English proficiency
- Proactive, decisive, hands-on mentality with strong decision-making
- Tech-savvy with engineering IT tools; MS Office including Project/Planner
