Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for key raw materials within the Global Flavors portfolio from Barcelona. You will partner with global and regional stakeholders to align on category plans and scale innovative sourcing models that enhance supply resilience and sustainability. You’ll lead global category management efforts, drive contracting practices, and coach regional teams to execute with impact. - Lead the development and global management of the Flavours sourcing strategy and category practices for the group
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to secure strategy alignment and sign-off
- Oversee general implementation of sourcing strategies and coach regional procurement leaders for execution
- Establish best-in-class sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship practices with auditable financial reporting and sustainability.
- Define and implement EU regional sourcing aligned with procurement principles, supply chain priorities, and category needs
- Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure value, continuity, and quality
- Own commercial agreements and ensure accurate reflection in systems while complying with policies
- Coordinate with local teams to address day-to-day needs and long-term goals
- Deliver category results in value creation, cost, cash flow,



service levels, quality, compliance, and sustainability targets
- Develop and manage supplier relationships to align with category strategy, monitor performance, and drive resilience
- Lead contingency planning and supply chain resilience initiatives; assess price trends with CRC and Finance to support risk mitigation
- Identify sustainability opportunities for flavours, ingredients, and botanicals and report progress with stakeholders
- Drive year-on-year cost and operational improvements with supplier collaboration
- Monitor industry trends and evolve category strategies and supplier capabilities
- Collaborate with SC, Ru0026D, Quality, Legal, and Finance to ensure aligned decision-making and centralize contracts
- Maintain pricing and supplier data in SAP and other systems; support budgeting and cost tracking
- Provide insights for category reporting and strategic reviewsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, ideally with flavor/fragrance, spirits industry and raw materials sourcing
- Track record in managing supplier relationships and complex negotiations
- Exposure to commodity-based markets
