Experteer Overview
As an AIT Manager for Airbus Defence and Space SAU, you will lead integrated manufacturing activities for telecommunications satellite programmes. You will partner with Engineering, Production and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure an efficient, on-time, and cost-conscious production flow. You’ll contribute to end-to-end planning, cost control, and quality gates to deliver high‑reliability space systems. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment and opportunities to shape production processes at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Create Integrated Project Plans outlining manufacturing activities, long/short-term needs, and MGSE procurement.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and identify critical areas to keep programs on track.
• Manage manufacturing budget, cost analysis and control.
• Support new work packages and offers; perform cost control and EAC deviation management.
• Ensure required resources enable production rate and schedule adherence.




• Plan and follow Quality Gates; oversee Spain spacecraft production inputs/outputs.
• Conduct risk and opportunities assessment; provide project status reporting.

Responsabilidades
• Industrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer Degree or similar
• 3+ years in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis
• Pro-activity, autonomy and strong team collaboration
• Leadership to manage diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to work autonomously in integrated manufacturing teams, under pressure and in changing environments
• Organized, compliant with Company, Quality and Hu0026S standards
• Iron certification level (or equivalent) recommended
