We are currently hiring for a Regional Facilities Manager on behalf of a leading global FM and workplace management business, appointed to a major general corporate account. This is a significant hire as part of a period of investment and growth on the contract, offering the right candidate the chance to lead delivery across a portfolio of exceptionally high spec Madrid office locations and shape the workplace experience across a large, established team.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will effectively run a mini-account in its own right, with oversight of a team of 74 spanning Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Commute, F&B; and Sustainability, across a portfolio of 17 sites and approximately 1.2 million sq ft, spanning Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Morocco.

Key responsibilities:

- Leading FM delivery across a multi-country portfolio of properties spanning Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Morocco, with primary focus on the concentrated Madrid office footprint
- Maintaining all assets across the portfolio under a triple net lease structure
- Driving a service-first culture and elevating the customer and workplace experience across the delivery team




- Working closely with the engineering team to proactively manage M&E; issues and mitigate operational risk
- Leading and developing a large, multidisciplinary team across FM, engineering, property, commute, F&B; and sustainability functions
- Liaising directly with board-level and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Fostering a collaborative, client-first culture across the wider management team
- Occasional regional travel required
- Full financial accountability for FM budgets across the portfolio
- Supplier governance and performance oversight across the portfolio
- Championing FM technology adoption and innovation to drive operational efficiency

About you:

- Demonstrable background in corporate FM at a senior level, ideally gained within an outsourced FM delivery environment
- Comfortable operating at SLT level, with strong stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Confident, fluent English communicator, able to present to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification
