As a Product Engineer at Factorial, you will drive AI-centered solutions within the Operations domain, delivering tools for managers and HR teams. You’ll design architectures and multi-agent systems, shaping how AI is integrated into scalable, reliable features. The role combines hands-on system design with evaluation of AI outputs to minimize risk and improve user experience. You’ll work across a fast-growing, mission-driven team that values hands-on delivery and practical AI impact.

• 4+ years in software engineering
• Experience shipping AI-powered features
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails u0026 React
• Understanding of LLM architecture tradeoffs and agentic workflows
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical audiences
• Experience in non-deterministic outputs and probabilistic reasoning
