Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with international teams to share insights regarding regional content trends.
Handle user reports with professional judgment and strict adherence to privacy standards.
Provide feedback on workflow improvements to optimize moderation efficiency.
Work within a fast-paced environment to meet quality and quantity performance targets.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or work permit for Bulgaria.
Strong passion for the social media industry and current digital trends.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to remain objective in challenging situations.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site opportunity.
Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
