We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Danish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to customers looking for vehicle rental solutions across the tourism industry.
Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high professional standards.
Offer expert travel advice and vehicle recommendations to enhance the client’s vacation or business trip experience.




Maintain accurate records of rental agreements and client preferences to ensure repeat business.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes that reflect the quality of the tourism brand.
Coordinate with local agencies to ensure vehicle availability and client satisfaction.
Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clientele navigating international tourism logistics.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Prior experience in tourism, car rentals, or customer service is considered a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering premium hospitality.
Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Danish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria.
