IT Project Manager – Infrastructure & International IT ProjectsLocation: Barcelona, SpainContract: Full-time, 2-year contractTravel: 10–15% (France, Switzerland, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand)The RoleOur client, an international Medtech organization, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT implementation, rollout, and infrastructure-related projects.You will manage projects end-to-end, from planning through deployment, go-live, and hypercare, coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and local organizations across different countries.The role has a strong technical dimension, with a particular focus on working closely with Infrastructure, Systems, and Network teams.A background exclusively focused on infrastructure is not required. We are also open to IT Project Managers with broader experience across different IT environments, provided they have a good understanding of systems, networks, infrastructure, and the dependencies between technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead international IT implementation, rollout, deployment, and infrastructure-related projects;Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables;Coordinate Infrastructure, Systems, and Network engineers, as well as business stakeholders and external partners;Understand the technical activities, constraints, and dependencies between systems and network teams and anticipate their impact on project delivery;Coordinate local and general IT teams throughout the project lifecycle;Lead project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews;Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities;Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements;Ensure alignment with global IT standards and processes;Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management;Support communication, training, and change management activities when required;Ensure a smooth transition to IT Operations once the project is completed.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT,
