? At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:Procurement Project Management:Receive order lists and initiate procurement documentation.Invite suppliers to register in ARIBA and coordinate due diligence.Prepare evaluation reports and manage internal approvals.Supplier Management:Review supplier information and documents uploaded to ARIBA.Manage supplier registration approvals.Conduct credit evaluations using the comprehensive scoring method for each project and annually.Audit & Data Requests:Collaboratively handle audits and data collection tasks requested by headquarters.Periodic review of finalized contracts with the contract management team.Updates the procurement registry.Contract Management Support:Review and correct contract data in the ERP-Ariba system to ensure completeness and accuracy.Validate contract modifications during approval workflows.Finalize contract approval by reviewing drafts, guiding corrections, identifying authorized signatories,



and issuing confirmation sheets.Policy Review & Internal Training:Review and update internal contract management policies.Organize and deliver internal training sessions on contract management procedures.Reporting and Supplier Compliance Evaluation:Collect and assess supplier compliance with contractual obligations.Other related tasks include (but are not limited to):Compile summaries of contracts with individuals.Review and verify contracts with discrepancies or anomalies in amounts, ensuring consistency between ERP-Ariba records and vigente contracts? Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.Master's degree will be highly valued.Minimum 2 years of professional experience, related to Procurement is desired but not mandatory.English & Spanish (Advanced Level - C1).Chinese will be a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SAP desired.Why Join Us?At CTGE, we offer more than just a job; we offer a purpose.
