Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and operate AI and automation solutions across IFF Finance using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and agentic AI tools. You’ll implement safe, auditable capabilities that integrate with finance systems, ensuring compliance with internal audits and external auditors. You work closely with the Finance AI Analyst and other ICT teams to deliver practical, measurable improvements. This is a hands-on build-and-run role focused on real deployments that drive cost efficiency and finance process optimization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and deploy automation and AI solutions on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Dataverse) and extend with scripting (Python) when needed
• Integrate automation with finance data sources and systems (e.g., SAP extracts, reporting layers) within governed environments
• Follow specifications with Finance AI Analyst and process owners; escalate if automation cannot be safely implemented
• Ensure each deployment includes audit evidence (what, when, who, test criteria, approvals, current state)
• Implement built-in human review points for decisions with financial or legal impact
• Apply security by default (restricted access, proper credential management, compliant logging and redaction)
• Maintain runbooks and rollback plans; serve as first point of contact for deployment issues; drive improvements based on recurring patterns




• Monitor outcomes; flag underperformance and iterate to improve effectiveness
• Collaborate with Finance AI Analyst and end users to test, train, document, and assess external tools and integration constraints

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Copilot Studio
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting for automation extensions
• Experience with agentic development tools (e.g., Claude Code)
• Strong background in designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions with controls, logging, and rollback
• Comfort with finance data structures and validating outputs against sources
• Security and audit-minded approach to access, credentials, logging, and audit trails
• Excellent documentation skills (runbooks, rollback procedures, plain-language descriptions)
• Ability to work with domain experts and respect process judgement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years building automation/integration/data solutions; at least 1 year in AI/LLM tooling in production
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus
