In this role you drive affiliate and influencer growth in the Spanish market, aligning partnerships with business goals and local nuances. You’ll manage negotiations, tracking, and optimization while coordinating with cross-functional teams to scale acquisition and retention. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, offering exposure to innovative fintech marketing and integral collaboration. Your impact spans performance, content compliance, and thought leadership through partner-driven campaigns.

• Define, optimize and execute the Affiliate and Influencer strategy aligned with business goals and local nuances
• Manage day-to-day Spanish Affiliate u0026 Influencer network operations: pipeline, relationships, negotiations, performance optimization
• Conduct data-driven analysis on acquisition, profitability, product penetration and retention to inform decisions
• Own channel performance reporting and strategic planning in weekly and monthly reviews
• Improve marketing processes for partnership tracking, attribution and budgeting for Spain
• Ensure content compliance and internal control processes




• Identify and execute growth initiatives and co-marketing campaigns with partners
• Plan offline growth initiatives (traditional media, displays, events) and coordinate content with external experts
• Lead social collaborations and build brand visibility through partner programs
• Proactively explore new growth opportunities and experimental initiatives

Responsabilidades
• +5 years in high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing
• At least 2 years managing Affiliate and Influencer programs
• Proven track record building/scaling partner relationships in the Spanish market
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills (CPA, CPL, fees, commissions)
• Professional Spanish fluency; English fluency for international collaboration
• Bonus: fintech or banking experience
