Hispasat, as part of the SpaceRISE consortium, is responsible for the technical implementation and ensuring the success of the IRIS2 project, leveraging its extensive experience in satellite communications. This collaboration is essential to provide secure and reliable high-performance communication solutions to the European Union and its member states.
¿To be part of this project, we are looking for Procurement Manager . Define and coordinate the contractual set-up and procurement workplans for the assigned Ground Segment scope.
Coordinate the preparation of procurement packages, including statements of work, technical specifications, contractual deliverables and evaluation criteria.
Manage RFP and tender activities, coordinating technical and commercial bid evaluations and supporting supplier selection and contract negotiation.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers against contractual objectives, schedule, quality and cost commitments.
Coordinate procurement actions with programme management, engineering, Product Assurance, finance, legal and customer teams.




Support acceptance and closure of procured products and services, ensuring that contractual evidence and deliverables are complete.
Drive continuous improvement of procurement, subcontractor-management and reporting processes.

Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
Experience in technical procurement and subcontractor management for hardware, software or integrated systems.
Experience monitoring schedules, costs, risks, quality and contractual deliverables.
Knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and of Agile working practices.
PMP or an equivalent project-management qualification is considered an asset.
