Experteer Overview In this role you will drive data-driven quality insights to support continuous improvement across Roche’s Pharma Technical network. You’ll design AI-enabled dashboards and scorecards, leveraging modern data platforms to enable trusted, scalable analytics. You will harmonize quality indicators and partner with global teams to ensure regulatory readiness and actionable insights. - Develop and manage AI-enabled dashboards and performance scorecards using Tableau and generative AI to generate automated insights and proactive risk signals
- Build reusable data products on Snowflake to improve traceability and consistency across the quality network
- Harmonize Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) with PT sites and global functions for data integrity and comparability
- Drive digital quality solutions and predictive analytics in collaboration with QDE, IIx, and other technical teams
- Apply Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design to create user-centric, scalable analytics tools
- Foster cross-functional collaboration,



lead data literacy initiatives, and coordinate the MRoQ network for regulatory readiness
- Partner across global sites and functions to design and deliver data-driven solutions that support decision-making
- Align quality reporting with enterprise objectives and governance forums such as MRoQResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries with exposure to quality systems, operational excellence, or digital transformation
- Strong skills in business intelligence tools, handling large datasets, databases, and reporting platforms; ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of GMP, ICH Q10, and risk-based quality systems
- Strong critical thinking and ability to synthesize complex data to drive decisions
- Proven ability to lead independently, influence without authority, and foster inclusive, high-performing cross-functional teamsRequisitos principales
