Experteer Overview
In this role you will be a product evangelist in Veeva Clinical Operations, engaging with users across Europe to drive product adoption and value. You will represent the product in customer meetings and communities, capturing customer needs to inform roadmaps and improve designs. You’ll bridge product strategy with operational realities, focusing on AI-driven transformation and regulatory compliance to advance clinical operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate, promote capabilities, and deliver customer success at scale.

• Build and nurture engaged User Communities and drive adoption through forums and education
• Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events to promote release education and capabilities
• Capture and relay customer needs to Product Management to inform decisions and future innovations
• Stay updated on features, roadmap, and AI vision to guide customer journeys
• Provide product education across meetings and online communities, communicating problems solved and value delivered
• Develop relationships with key product users and influencers and support cross-functional teams to promote best practices and Veeva success
• Serve as customer advocate internally, prioritizing feedback for release planning
• Collaborate with Product teams to create content and resources for product and release communications




• Translate customer business requirements into actionable product requirements and user-friendly content
• Interact with customers and internal teams across in-person and remote settings, including software demonstrations and presentations
• Explain Product Vision and Technical Specifications in user-friendly terms

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Clinical Operations space in Product Management, Consulting or Professional Services/Implementation
• Hands-on experience with CTMS, eTMF or Study Start-up and related operational processes
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical and business terms for diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of Product Vision, Technical Specifications and Software Development Documentation
• Experience engaging with business users, IT, and executives, both in-person and remote
• Strong analytical skills and proficient English communication (written, verbal, and presentations)
• Interest in AI and ability to articulate AI-driven solutions for clinical operations
• Self-directed, collaborative, positive attitude
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Based in Europe with ability to work across time zones
