Experteer Overview In this role you guide SAP SD/CS solution design and delivery within strategic transformation and CAPEX programs, supporting global sales and service processes. You work with business stakeholders, SAP colleagues, and implementation partners to design and optimize SAP solutions that enable operational excellence. You will lead functional design and drive continuous improvement across Order-to-Cash and Service Management in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. - Act as the functional lead for SAP SD/CS in CAPEX and transformation projects
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions with stakeholders
- Lead functional design for Sales, Customer Service, and related processes
- Support all project phases: design, implementation, testing, deployment, hypercare
- Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, and external partners
- Drive harmonization of Order-to-Cash and Service Management processes
- Support testing, training, and user adoption activities
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, standards,



and best practices
- Manage enhancements and issue resolution within SAP SD/CS

- Bachelor or Master with substantial SAP SD/CS experience
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Sales u0026 Distribution and Customer Service
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash, Service Management, and related processes
- Experience delivering SAP projects in integral organizations
- Track record in transformation, ERP implementations, or CAPEX programs
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders across levels
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
