Experteer Overview
In this role you will set the strategic direction for Aon’s regional analytics proposition, shaping client-facing risk analytics and financing capabilities for EMEA. You lead cross‑functional collaboration to bring innovative analytics solutions to multinational clients and drive growth in risk financing. You will develop next‑gen analytics tools, mentor a multi‑geography team and translate technical work into commercial value. This position offers high visibility and the chance to influence how global clients quantify and manage risk.

• Own the Risk Financing u0026 Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA
• Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership to deliver analytics-led client solutions
• Support business development including major client pursuits and tenders by articulating analytics value
• Drive development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools (e.g., Analyzer, Diagnostic)
• Foster innovation in emerging risk areas (climate, cyber, AI, supply chain, etc.)
• Establish standard analytics delivery approaches, tools,



and methodologies across the region
• Provide thought leadership and risk insights to help clients make better decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-geography analytics team
• Develop and deliver RFA growth, investment and profitability strategy aligned with broader objectives
• Collaborate with General Risk Consulting leadership to shape strategy and accelerate growth

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling or risk consulting in a consulting, insurance, reinsurance or related professional services setting
• Track record of leading client-facing analytics initiatives and translating solutions into commercial value
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams across geographies
• Strong partner management and influencing skills with senior executives
• Highly numerate with a degree in a quantitative field; postgraduate qualification or professional designation helpful
