You’ll own data pipelines, dashboards, and governance while shaping decisions with analysis and AI-powered automation. You collaborate across functions to identify growth opportunities and transform insights into actions. - Own and maintain data pipelines and dashboards powering the team's reporting
- Standardize core metric definitions to ensure consistent measurement
- Design and run experiments to identify drivers of performance and translate results into recommendations
- Proactively surface growth opportunities beyond answered questions
- Design data definitions and architectures to prevent issues and enable reliable self-serve data
- Set and enforce data quality, documentation, and access standards




- Leverage AI tools to automate recurring reports and streamline analytics workflows
- Partner with automation and tooling teams to accelerate data processes
- Serve as the go-to data partner for cross-functional teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
- 3-5 years in Data Analyst / Analytics / BI role
- SQL skills and experience with dbt or equivalent, cloud data warehouses
- Experience building dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to automate/accelerate analytics
- Curious, business-minded approach focusing on actionable insights
- Experience designing/analyzing A/B tests is a strong plus
- Comfort with ambiguity and turning messy questions into clear analysis
