Experteer Overview In this role you implement and integrate laboratory software within diagnostic workflows to enhance LIS/LIMS use and data-driven decision making. You act as a technical focal point for customers, supporting AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to optimise laboratory performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, provide training, and ensure compliant documentation and handovers. - Install and configure LIS/LIMS systems
- Integrate software into laboratory workflows and map daily processes
- Deliver and implement LIS projects
- Act as subject matter expert and trusted technical contact for customers
- Support adoption of AI-enabled solutions and data-driven technologies
- Prepare execution plans and documentation; manage project plans, budgets, and quality




- Provide customer training and interfaces between customers and development teams
- Perform updates/upgrades and on-site implementations
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation opportunitiesResponsabilidades
- Degree, vocational qualification or equivalent in IT, software engineering, computer science or related technical discipline
- Programming or scripting experience for system interfaces and data exchange
- Experience connecting software platforms, laboratory instruments or analysers
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, ASTM or IHE
- Understanding of operating systems, networking and virtualised environments; LIS/LIMS knowledge beneficial
- Fluent German and professional English proficiency
