We are looking for a Junior Functional Analyst / Product Owner with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to learn and grow in an international environment. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of financial products, APIs, REST services, databases, and Agile methodologies , along with a high level of English (B2+) . Previous experience or internships in banking, financial services, or Capital Markets will be highly valued. Location: 100% Remote only in Spain Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts. Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases. Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates.



Basic understanding of financial products, preferably within Wholesale Banking (knowledge of FX, Fixed Income or Rates is a plus). Basic understanding of APIs, REST services and databases is desirable. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Language: High level of English (B2). Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in banking or financial services. Exposure to Capital Markets or Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environments. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
