Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-touch, premium service experience to customers inquiring about luxury jewelry collections.
Maintain a deep understanding of Pandora’s brand heritage and product storytelling to guide customers through their purchasing journey.
Efficiently manage inquiries across multiple channels, including voice, email, and live chat,



in native-level Danish.
Resolve customer concerns with elegance, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset to uphold brand loyalty.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure a seamless service standard across all touchpoints.
Update and maintain accurate customer account information within our high-end CRM systems.
Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that every interaction reflects the quality associated with the luxury goods sector.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or work authorization for Greece.
Professional, polished communication style suitable for the luxury goods industry.
Strong digital literacy and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Previous experience in high-end retail or premium customer support is considered a distinct advantage.
