We are currently scouting for exceptional talent to join our team for a Danish Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients regarding sophisticated cybersecurity software and service inquiries.
Provide expert troubleshooting and technical guidance to ensure optimal digital protection for our users.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while navigating intricate security protocols and data privacy standards.




Identify potential security vulnerabilities reported by users and escalate them to our dedicated technical teams.
Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts clearly and effectively in Danish to non-technical users.
Participate in continuous training to stay at the forefront of the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Contribute to the reputation of Mercier Consultancy Group by delivering world-class service within the cybersecurity industry.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for technology and interest in the cybersecurity industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
Previous experience in customer support or technical service is highly valued for this position in Greece.
