- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, solution documentation, and development-ready work packages
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Create and optimize prompts, validate AI-generated outputs, and develop reusable AI-assisted software development playbooks
- Lead AI-assisted modernization initiatives transforming legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions
- Support secure and maintainable solutions through DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, architecture best practices, and quality-driven development
- Identify development automation opportunities and experiment with emerging AI technologies
- Coach colleagues on effective AI usage
- Promote secure and compliant AI use through validation, traceability, data protection, and human oversight
- Partner with stakeholders, developers, architects, and external partners across manufacturing business areas

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Proven experience combining software engineering and business analysis responsibilities within complex IT environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or regulated business processes is adecuado
- Experience working in manufacturing, including understanding of shop floor workflows, production processes, and operational challenges
- Hands-on experience with C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript,



Azure cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, systems thinking, collaboration, curiosity, continuous learning, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- CV must be delivered in English
