Experteer Overview In this role, you own the end-to-end strategy, design, governance, and lifecycle of Vodafone’s agentic AI products, including voice agents in the marketplace and managed services. You will curate first- and third-party agents, ensure safety, compliance, and quality, and enable SMEs to discover, buy, and scale AI agents. You’ll lead platform integrations, governance, and commercialization to deliver enterprise-ready agents with integrated billing and lifecycle management. You drive cross-functional alignment, rapid pilots, and measurable outcomes that support Vodafone’s growth objectives.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Curate and manage agents in the marketplace, ensuring quality, safety, and partner readiness; establish publishing and performance standards
- Define vision, strategy, roadmap, pricing, packaging, revenue share, and partner commercial frameworks for AI Agents and AI-powered SaaS
- Lead market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to inform product direction
- Oversee deployment and release management for agents on platforms
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of agents from onboarding to retirement, with governance
- Monitor and optimize agent performance via KPIs
- Define onboarding, configuration standards, catalogue rules, and in-life governance including versioning,



safe updates, rollback, and end-of-life policies
- Develop voice-enabled agent solutions (call, chat, omnichannel)
- Lead development of pre-built SME templates/workflows (e.G., AI agent for appointment booking)Responsabilidades
- Proven product management experience, ideally with AI Agents and/or Agent Marketplaces
- Deep understanding of AI governance, agent frameworks, and compliance
- Strong technical acumen in cloud, API integration, identity/security, and observability
- Customer-centric design and Design Thinking
- Track record of experimentation and operationalizing new technologies
- Commercial mindset with pricing, packaging, and business case development
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate feedback into PRDs and acceptance criteria
- Experience taking AI features from concept to scaled adoption with measurable ROIRequisitos principales
