Experteer Overview In this role you drive operational excellence across a multi-site health and medical manufacturing network. You act as a hands-on change agent, coaching leaders and shop teams to deploy TPM and improve performance. You will work with regional directors to align priorities, support TPM maturity journeys, and deliver measurable improvements in OEE, cost, and reliability. The position offers international exposure and a clear impact on the journey toward World Class Manufacturing standards. This is a stakeholder-facing role that blends field work with strategic oversight.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead TPM and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across assigned sites with alignment to business priorities
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Directors to harmonize TPM deployment priorities across the network
- Support TPM maturity assessments, audits, and certification milestones with coaching guidance
- Identify gaps, perform root cause analyses, and strengthen problem-solving and standard work on the shop floor
- Drive measurable improvements in OEE, productivity, reliability, and cost reduction via TPM
- Conduct implementation health checks, track roadmaps, and define corrective actions
- Facilitate sharing and standardization of best practices across sites




- Support digital manufacturing and CI initiatives, adopting new tools and methodologies
- Assist integration of Industry 4.0 solutions to improve visibility and decision makingResponsabilidades
- University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Strong manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations experience, ideally multi-site
- Hands-on TPM implementation experience with governance and sustainability knowledge
- Experience with TPM maturity milestones and JIPM certification processes (desirable)
- Proven ability to drive improvements via structured problem solving and CI methods
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to work across cultures and engage senior leaders and shop floor teams
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable; additional languages beneficial
- Experience designing or deploying digital manufacturing/transformation roadmaps is valuedRequisitos principales
